Paul Lane ~ Managing Director
Mr. Paul Lane brings over 26 years of experience serving the leisure marine, maritime and waterfront development industry regional and internationally at all business levels. Mr. Lane is a proven executive with an established international track record able to undertake and complete all business procedures from concept and feasibility (financial and technical), through design, tender, engineering, construction and operations. Mr. Lane maintains a strong proficiency in marina operations, construction techniques and technical specifications and has superb experience and knowledge of marina design, operations and planning as well as charter operations, repair facilities, chandlery and event hosting.
As General Manager for Aldar Marinas, Mr. Lane was the principal responsible for leading the successful development of the world renowned Yas Marina & Yacht Club from feasibility (financial and technical), through to design, tender, construction and operations among several other Aldar marina facilities including Al Bandar Marina and Al Raha Marina & Service Yard.
Prior to residing in the UAE, Mr. Lane served as General Manager for the Hartlepool Marina, UK – a 650 berth fully serviced marina and boatyard. During his tenure, he led the successful redevelopment of the marina, which doubled the wet slip capacity and included a full service yard, 40-Tonne boat service facility, 300-Tonne vessel service facility, dry dock, maintenance facilities, ship chandlery and brokerage services.

Christopher K. Goshow, P.E. ~ Principal
As a qualified and professionally licensed (US) coastal engineer with over 20 years experience, Mr. Christopher Goshow is an accomplished and dynamic professional with cross-functional experience in development, engineering, project management, business development and business administration. Utilizing his breadth of technical knowledge coupled with his leadership and managerial skills, Mr. Goshow has a proven ability to lead and manage large teams in multicultural environments and successfully navigate diverse and complex issues to deliver projects on time and within budget.
Mr. Goshow’s planning, design and management experience covers all facets of marina, waterfront, coastal, and port-related development in the Middle East, United States, Caribbean, South America, Africa and Asia. His international experience ranges from local small-scale coastal shore protection projects to large-scale port and mix-used waterfront development projects exceeding USD 500 million in construction value. Over the past 5 years, Mr. Goshow has personally managed the design development of over 25 marina and waterfront development projects in the Middle East Region.
Mr. Goshow has authored and co-authored several published papers related to his engineering discipline.
